At GLYNOREXIS, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) by following the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process:

• Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
• Ship your return items to the provided address, including the RAN on the outside of your package.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
